Overview of Bizzy and HubSpot integration
Improve your sales and marketing efficiency by connecting Bizzy to your HubSpot account. Bizzy ensures that pushed company and contact records are enriched and consistent:
Customize field mapping based on your team’s preferences.
Push and enrich companies with their location, activities, email address, phone number, social links, VAT number, and more.
Push and enrich contacts with job title, department, seniority level, email address, and LinkedIn link.
Creating the connection
- Go to the Lead Inbox and activate the toggle Auto-push (top right).
Choose your push preference:- Automatically push all leads
- Only push manually approved leads
- Select HubSpot and make the connection.
- Log in to your HubSpot account and make sure you have the correct rights in HubSpot to authenticate the integration.
- Follow the checklist below to confirm that all necessary HubSpot fields are available.
- Map Bizzy fields to HubSpot fields by following the steps below.
You must have the correct user rights to enable and modify integrations.
Reading customer data (Pull)
In addition to pushing data to HubSpot, Bizzy also reads back (pulls) data from your CRM. This is specifically to recognize which companies are already customers.
For this, we ask you to create an extra custom field in HubSpot in which you indicate whether a company is a customer or not. This field may be static or a dropdown.
Examples:
- Customer
- Not a customer / Prospect / …
Bizzy automatically reads this field. Companies marked as customers are recognized as existing customers and are not offered again by our sales agent. This way, we avoid duplicates and prospecting is always focused on new, relevant leads.

Bizzy field: Select the Bizzy data point you want to map.
HubSpot field: Select the HubSpot data point to map to Bizzy.
If you don’t see the custom fields you created, refresh HubSpot fields in Bizzy.
Note: Be careful when setting default fields to Overwrite, because manually entered data can be lost and replaced with Bizzy data.
