Overview of Bizzy and Teamleader Focus integration
Improve your sales and marketing efficiency by connecting Bizzy to your HubSpot account. Bizzy ensures that pushed company and contact records are enriched and consistent:
Customize field mapping based on your team’s preferences.
Push and enrich companies with their location, activities, email address, phone number, social links, VAT number, and more.
Push and enrich contacts with job title, department, seniority level, email address, and LinkedIn link.
Connecting
Go to the Lead Inbox and activate the Auto-push toggle (top right).
Choose your push preference:Automatically push all leads
Only push manually approved leads
Select Teamleader and make the connection.
Log in to your Teamleader account and make sure you have the correct rights in Teamleader to authenticate the integration.
Follow the checklist below to ensure you have all necessary Teamleader fields.
Map Bizzy fields to Teamleader fields by following the steps below.
You must have the correct user rights to enable and edit integrations.
Reading customer data (pull)
In addition to pushing data to Teamleader, Bizzy also pulls data from your CRM. This is specifically done to recognize which companies are already customers.
For this, we ask you to create an extra custom field in Teamleader where you indicate whether a company is a customer or not. This field may be static or a dropdown.
Examples:
- Customer
- Not a customer / prospect / ...
Bizzy automatically reads this field. Companies marked as customers are recognized as existing customers and will not be re-offered by our sales agent. This way, duplicates are avoided and prospecting is always focused on new, relevant leads.

The availability of detailed financial data is not yet supported by our sales agent.
Mapping
Bizzy field: Select the Bizzy data point you want to map.
Teamleader field: Select the Teamleader data point to map to Bizzy.
If you don’t see the custom fields you created, refresh Teamleader fields in Bizzy.
Note: Be careful when setting default fields to Overwrite, because manually entered data can be lost and replaced with Bizzy data.
