Pipedrive integration

Improve your sales and marketing efficiency by connecting Bizzy to your Pipedrive account. Bizzy ensures that pushed company and contact records are enriched and consistent:

  • Adapt field-to-field mapping based on your team’s preferences.

  • Push and enrich companies with Revenue, EBITDA, Net profit, Location, Activities, Email address, Phone number, Social links, VAT number, and more.

  • Push and enrich contacts with Official role, Job title, Department, Seniority level, Email address, and LinkedIn link.

In this short video (3 min) we show you how to set up your CRM connection with Bizzy. Some CRM systems may require an additional step. For those details please check the helpdesk article as this video covers the general process.

Get connected

  1. Go to Bizzy Settings > Integrations, find Pipedrive and click Connect.

  2. Log into your Pipedrive account and make sure you have the right permissions in Pipedrive to authenticate the integration.

  3. Check the list below to verify that you have all necessary custom fields created in Pipedrive.

  4. Map Bizzy fields to Pipedrive fields by following the steps explained here below.

Note: You need the right user permissions in Pipedrive to enable and modify integrations.


Mapping

You will see two tabs = 

- The Push data tab must be mapped in both cases, for platform and agent clients, to ensure Bizzy data is pushed to the correct fields in the CRM.

- The Pull data tab should only be mapped when autopush from the agent to the CRM is enabled. For additional details, see the section below.


Mapping push data = 

Bizzy field: Select the Bizzy data point you would like to get.
Pipedrive field: Select the Pipedrive field you would like to capture the specified data from Bizzy. If you don't see custom fields you have created, refresh Pipedrive fields in Bizzy.

Select the update option for each field: You can choose between Overwrite or Complete if missing. Overwriting will change an existing value in Pipedrive while completing if missing will only add data to an empty field.

Important: Be cautious when setting standard fields to Overwrite, as manually entered data may be lost and replaced with Bizzy data.
It will only be possible to push data to Pipedrive if the mapping for companies, contacts and leads was done.

Reading Customer Data (Pull)

This section only applies to customers using the Sales Agent.

In addition to pushing data to your CRM (such as HubSpot), Bizzy – for customers using a Sales Agent – can also pull data back from your CRM. This feature ensures existing customers are recognized and not reintroduced as new leads. This prevents duplicates and ensures prospecting always focuses on new, relevant companies.

Requirements

  • Create a custom field in your CRM to indicate a company’s status (e.g. Customer / Non-customer / Prospect).

  • This field can be a static text field or a dropdown.

  • Bizzy automatically reads this field. Companies marked as Customer will be excluded from new lead suggestions by the Sales Agent.

Step-by-step

- Existing customers with an active CRM connection

  1. Go to Profile icon > Integrations > [CRM].

  2. Open the Pull Data tab and select the customer status field.

  3. If not already configured, Bizzy will ask you to select this field when activating Autopush.
    Note: Autopush can only be enabled after the first 4 batches of leads.

- New customers or new CRM integration

  1. During CRM integration setup, go to the Pull Data tab.

  2. Select the customer status field in addition to the push fields.

  3. You can also adjust this anytime via Profile icon > Integrations > [CRM] > Pull Data.

Pushing companies and contacts to Pipedrive

Once the integration is set up, you'll be able to push companies and contacts to your CRM by following these steps.

By default, the contacts in Bizzy will be pushed to Pipedrive as contacts, unless you activate Push contacts as leads.
