Pushing data to you CRM

Pushing your company and contact data directly to your CRM from Bizzy saves time and eliminates the need to manually export and import files. This guide walks you through how to seamlessly sync your company and contact data with your connected CRM.

How to push data to your CRM?

To do this, the admin of the Bizzy environment will have to add the integration first. More information per integration can be found here.

Tip: By clicking on your user icon > Team, you can see who the admin of your environment is.

Once the integration is set up by the admin, all users can easily push the data to your CRM by doing one of these five actions:

Push of one company

Go to a company and simply click on the Push to integration in Bizzy to push the data to your CRM.

Push of one company with contact

Go to the People tab of a specific company, hover over the contact, and simply click Push to integration on the right to send the data to your CRM. The contact and company will be pushed to your CRM and will be linked to each other.

Push of search results

Go to the Search page and export your search results immediately by clicking on export on the right-hand corner.

One-time push of a list

Go to Lists, open a list, and click Export in the top right-hand corner. Then select Push to [your CRM name]

Recurring pushes of lists

In addition to the one-time manual push to your CRM, Bizzy now also supports recurring (automatic) CRM pushes. This allows you to keep your CRM continuously updated with new matches from smart lists or regularly refresh existing accounts with the latest Bizzy data. When you are inside a list, click Actions > Push to CRM to open the push window. In this screen, you’ll now find a new Recurring push tab where you can set up automated syncs.

Two use cases for recurring push

1. Automatically push new matches from smart lists to your CRM

Smart lists update dynamically. When a company starts meeting your filter criteria at a later point in time, it becomes a new match and is automatically added to the list. With recurring push, these new matches can be sent directly to your CRM.

How to set this up:

  1. Inside a list, click Actions > Push to CRM.
  2. Navigate to the Recurring push tab.
  3. Under Selection, choose Only new matches.
  4. Select the desired frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

Bizzy will then automatically push only the new matches from that list to your CRM at the chosen interval.

2. Recurring push of all companies in a list to keep CRM data up to date

You can also choose to push all companies in a list to your CRM on a recurring basis.
This is helpful for:

  1. Completing incomplete CRM records (e.g. missing email addresses).
  2. Refreshing dynamic fields that may change over time (e.g. gross margin, headcount).

Example: Keeping all CRM accounts up to date Create a smart list using the filter CRM > is CRM.
This gives you a list of all companies that already exist in your CRM. By setting a recurring push on this list, Bizzy can:

  • fill in missing company data, and
  • periodically update fields that change over time.

Important: Your field mapping determines how data is updated In your CRM mapping settings, you can define how Bizzy should handle incoming data for each field:

  • Complete if missing → Best for enriching incomplete CRM records (e.g. adding missing emails).
  • Overwrite → Ideal for dynamic fields that need to stay up to date (e.g. revenue, gross margin, headcount).

Following the progress of your pushes

To check the progress of the push, possible errors or previous pushes go to the sidebar > Exports & pushes > CRM pushes.

Note:

  • When exporting data in bulk (from lists or search results), you’ll need to specify how many companies and how many contacts per company you want to push. Then, choose which contacts to include, and if you're using Prospeo, whether to include mobile phone numbers.
  • On the company page, under the Summary section you can see whether the company already exists in your CRM.

Pushing Data to Your CRM with the Chrome Extension

With the Chrome extension, you can easily push a company or contact to your CRM directly while visiting a specific company website or LinkedIn page. Simply use the two-arrow symbol to send the data.

If a company has already been pushed to your CRM, it will also be displayed in the Chrome extension.

How do we match Bizzy data with the data in your CRM?

Companies

We match Bizzy data with your CRM data primarily using the company number.

If no match is found based on the company number, we then search for a company in your CRM with the same name, website, and country. – If a single match is found, we enrich that company. – If multiple matches are found, we skip enrichment to avoid updating the wrong record.

Contacts

Contacts are matched based on first name and last name and the company they are linked to. To match a contact, the name in Bizzy and in your CRM should be exactly the same.

Not using a CRM integration?

If you're not using a direct integration with a CRM, you can still export your company and contact data manually from Bizzy. This allows you to use the data in spreadsheets or prepare it for manual import into your CRM.
