Credits usage

Each license includes a number of credits by default. Credits are shared across all users on the platform — they are not user-specific. The total amount is determined by your pricing plan, which you can find on your invoice or in your billing portal. If you have any questions, contact support@bizzy.org.


How credits work


Browsing companies in Bizzy is completely free. Credits are only used when you export, push, or retrieve contact data.


Once you unlock a data point, it stays unlocked for 365 days. This means you only pay once per data point within a year — re-exporting or re-pushing the same data within that period costs no additional credits.


Credit costs per action


1 credit — Export or push a company

1 credit — Export, push, or retrieve a verified email address

2 credits — Export, push, or retrieve a mobile phone number

1 credit — Identified website visitor

3 credits — Lead generated via Bizzy Agent


The maximum number of credits that will be used for any export is always clearly shown in the platform before you confirm.


Managing credit access


As an admin, you can control which users are allowed to use credits. Go to User Icon > Team, click the 3 dots next to a user's name, and select Disallow credits use. Users without credit access will receive a notification when they attempt an action that requires credits. (Requires the Granular user permission feature.)


Where can I see my credit balance?

  1. Click your User Icon to see how many credits you have remaining.
  2. To see how many credits were used for a specific export or push, go to Exports & Pushes in the left sidebar and use the Exports / CRM Pushes subtabs.
  3. As an admin, you can also get a full overview of credit usage per user for your current license period via User Icon > Team.


Note: Credits do not carry over to your next license period. Every new license period starts with a fresh credit balance.


What to do when I need more credits?


If you've used all your credits and would like to add more, reach out to our customer success team at support@bizzy.org. Let them know how many credits you need and they'll provide you with more information on pricing.
