Admin access & user invitation
To get started with Bizzy, your organization's admin must first gain access to the Bizzy environment. Once access is granted, the admin will receive an email with instructions on how to invite team members to join the platform
- Users will receive an email invitation to join the platform.
- After accepting the invitation, users will be able to access the Bizzy platform.
Logging in
To log in, users must use one of the following platforms linked to the same email address used by the admin during the invitation process:
- Microsoft
If your email address isn’t yet connected to one of the supported login providers, please create an account with one of them first, using the same email address you’re using to acces Bizzy.
Note: Bizzy does not support login with email and password directly.
Seeing “Need admin approval”?
If you receive the following error message when logging in through Microsoft:
“Need admin approval – This app needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant.”
This means the Bizzy application requires approval from an administrator of your organization (e.g. Berthold) to access necessary data.
Only your organization's IT admin can give this approval. Unfortunately, Bizzy cannot resolve this on your behalf, as it involves internal permissions within your Microsoft environment.
If you are an admin, click on:
“Have an admin account? Sign in with that account” to approve access.
Seeing a free trial environment after subscribing?
After you’ve subscribed and logged in, you might still see a free trial environment. If that happens, it’s likely you signed in with the wrong account.
To check, you can verify the email address you're currently logged in with by visiting: https://app.bizzy.ai/en/settings/account
Make sure this email matches the one the admin used to invite you to the Bizzy platform.
Need to change your login email?
Are you a user?
Did you receive your invite at email address X but prefer to log in with email address Y?
Please ask your organization’s Bizzy admin to update your login email. This change can only be made by an admin.
Are you the admin of your Bizzy environment?
If your email address was entered incorrectly or you'd like to use a different one, contact support@bizzy.ai.
Include both the current and the new email address to speed up the process.
